The Jay Education Foundation was organized in 1989 by a group of local individuals who recognized the need to support students who were graduating from JHS and needed financial assistance and encouragement to pursue higher education goals. The Jay Education Foundation is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization that raises funds to help provide scholarships to the Jay High School graduates whom plan on continuing their education.
